“The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses”!

The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses, a romantic comedy anime that has been generating significant buzz on social media, is set to make its debut in Japan in July 2023. The ending theme song, titled “Megane-Go-Round,” will be performed by a special unit called “Masayoshi ga Megane wo Wasureta” (Masayoshi Forgot His Glasses), consisting of Masayoshi Oishi, Komura-kun, and Mie-san.
In addition to the aforementioned announcement, details regarding the opening and ending theme song singles have been revealed. The opening theme song, “NAME,” performed by 16-year-old high school singer Tsuzuri, will be released in two formats: an Anime Edition adorned with artwork from the anime and a Limited Tsuzuri Edition that shines the spotlight on the artist herself. The ending theme song “Megane-Go-Round” will be offered in both a Limited First Edition and a Standard Edition, featuring original artwork by Koume Fujichika. The Limited First Edition includes a special short manga titled “Masayoshi ga Megane wo Wasureta.” Both versions are set to be released on August 2.
