Mondays are always tough. No matter how long the weekend was, when you go back to the gym the next morning, it’s a struggle. Doesn’t help the gym is hot and filled with people like you, hating the fact it’s Monday, ate and drank way to much during the weekend, etc. etc. Unless your a die hard fitness person. That’s a whole other blog.
I just did cardio for 30 minutes on the lower body arc trainer, 30 mins is a struggle but I got to burn off some calories and feel my muscles work so I was happy.=. I have no time to squeeze in anything else these days.
#ENDRECHERI is still spinning in my mind so I took a few of his songs to listen to in the background while I struggle.
