Welcome back to another Sakura Underground! This was recorded in the Valley Free Radio Studios on Oct 14th. DJ Silent started off with Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire” due to the Eclipse that occurred on that day. He also played “El Paso” by Marty Robbins and Sheb Wooley’s “Purple People Eater” to make it an old timey country-western block. Continueing on to 2 birthdays that were on the same day, Oct 9th PJ Harvey turned 54 she is a solo singer who has been around for around 20 years, DJ Sakura selected a few songs from the 80s/90s which DJ Silent approved and our weekly request/birthday block for Al Jourgensen of who turned 65! He fronted the band Ministry and Revco (Revolting Cocks) Ministry are a legendary band. Finishing with 2 songs from Oingo Boingo because Halloween is coming up!

DJ Sakura ended the night with a song from Helloween, new music was played from Pnau and Empire of the Sun, requests for #iheartjrock that did not make on air this week.
