Nijigasaki High School Idol Club The Movie: Final Chapter is a brand-new, three-part animated film that continues the story of the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club, following two seasons of the TV anime and the OVA episode NEXT SKY. Part 1’s mini-song album, Doko ni Itemo Kimi wa Kimi (Wherever You Are, You Are You), will be released on September 25.

Ahead of the film’s release, unique jacket designs for both the Theme Song Edition and the individual editions featuring Ayumu Uehara, Shizuku Osaka, Kanata Konoe, Emma Verde, and Lanzhu Zhong have been unveiled. We hope these designs help get you excited to watch the movie.

In celebration of the mini-album Doko ni Itemo Kimi wa Kimi’s release, the October 9 issue of the culture magazine Quick Japan will feature a special on Nijigasaki High School Idol Club The Movie: Final Chapter Part 1. This special includes a roundtable discussion on Nijigasaki’s musical appeal with popular voice actresses Aguri Onishi (Ayumu Uehara), Akari Kito (Kanata Konoe), Coco Hayashi (Setsuna Yuki), and Chiemi Tanaka (Rina Tennoji). Additionally, two pair interviews—Aguri Onishi with Coco Hayashi, and Akari Kito with Chiemi Tanaka—will delve into the movie’s highlights, along with exclusive new photos. A special edition with a book cover featuring the four voice actresses will also be available.
