On the SixTONES New Years live stream 2025 Shintaro was chosen as the leader of SixTONES! This is his second time as leader! Congrats!
森本慎太郎 birthday is July 15th. We will be celebrating his birthday on #IHEARTJROCK on July 19th. He is the youngest SixTONES member and will be turning 28.
The most exciting thing he has been up to lately is voice acting for the Japanese version of F1 movie, staring Brad Pitt.
There were many posts to social media with Brad Pitt and Taro, or Brad-Taro we like to call them. They took cute photos together and got to play video games. They had a great time together. Thank you SixTONES official and F1 movie Japan, and Warner Bros Japan for all the posts!
Warner Bros Japan official Youtube page also have a longer video of both of them. Uncut. At this time there are no official subtitles. But Shintaro and Brad both speak English at times during the clip. It’s 16 minutes long. Please enjoy.
In 2025, he also won 2025 Winner Award of the Japanese Academy Newcomer of the year for his work in Shoutai
